How many years has your company been in the furniture business?

We have been in outdoor furniture for more than 15 years.

What certificates do you have in your company?

We have BSCI, FSC, SGS, EN581 etc. also have some material certificates and International management certificates.

Do you accept sample order?

Yes, sample order is acceptable, but the sample cost will be under customer's account.

How long Can I get the sample?

Usually it takes 10-15 days for sample making and 5-7 days for international express.

What is your main market?

USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Europe, Middle-East, South America etc. 30 countries and areas.

What about the lead time for mass production?

Normally, the lead time is about 25-40 days after payment.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order is 1X40'HQ container, no more than 3 models mixed in one container.

Can you customize my logo or redesign the products?

Yes, we can customize the logo and design as your requirements.

What is your after-sales services?

Normally we offer 2-year warranty under proper usage.
If there's any quality problem, free spare parts will be provided in next order.

What is your payment terms?

TT, L/C at sight and Paypal are available.
For bulk order, TT payment priority (30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L).
For sample order, Paypal payment is workable. Other payment terms are negotiable.
For large order, L/C at sight is available against total amount.
